Refund & Returns

We want you to keep only what works. If something does not fit or is not what you expected, you can return it under the conditions below.

This policy applies to Guangxi Cunshi Technology Co., Ltd., operator of this website. Questions can be sent to cunshikj@outlook.com.

1. Change of mind returns

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, with original tags attached and in resaleable condition. We refund the item price; original shipping is not refundable.

2. How to start a return

Email cunshikj@outlook.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and instructions.
Post the item back using a trackable service. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

3. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Your bank may take a further 3-5 business days to post the credit.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size are free once per order, subject to stock. If the requested size is unavailable we will refund instead.

5. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us with photographs and your order number. We cover return postage and will replace or refund in full, including shipping. These remedies are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
