This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
Order data: items purchased, order value, delivery status and correspondence about your order.
Payment data: a tokenised reference from our payment provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referral source.

2. How we collect it

Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact support or subscribe to our emails; automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse; and from service providers such as payment processors and delivery partners.

3. Why we use it

To process orders, take payment and deliver goods.
To provide customer support and handle returns or warranty claims.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
To improve our products, site performance and merchandising.
To send marketing communications where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

4. Consent

Where consent is required, we ask for it separately and record it. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only with providers necessary to run the store: payment processing, delivery, email delivery, analytics, and cloud hosting. These providers are bound by contract to use the data solely for the services they provide. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and consumer law obligations. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers. Access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a unique password.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to processing; or request a portable copy. Email cunshikj@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the cart and checkout, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control optional cookies through the consent banner or your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and material changes will be notified by email to account holders.
